I wish someone posted this for me when I started...so I will post it again since it seems to help people...

11 Months, 85lbs down. Size 22 down to 13.
I had lost 100s and gained 100s of lbs in my life and had given up trying for 10 years because I was certain nothing would help me, but Dr.Fung gave me the key. (Obesity Code).
This works, and I have no problems doing it forever. It is so easy!!

How I did it??
I FASTED and I changed my routine every 2 weeks or I would plateau. ( More of how I did it below).

I am a master at learning how to work smart and not hard to get the same result. I carefully analyze my work vs outcome to see the easiest way to get things done right with out wasting time or excess energy.

When I first started, I was so excited about the fasting, that I thought that there was an exact recipe to the perfect weightloss and if I followed a magic recipe of weightloss to a T for a year, then I would lose 2 lbs a week until I was thin. Boy was I wrong. I even tried fasting 5 days a week for a month and got the same result as if I ate normal whole foods mixed with fasting 3 days a week.
If you fast too much or eat too little your body adapts by slowing down the furnace, and burning energy more efficiently.

Fasting more and eating less and suffering just doesn't work more than 2 weeks because your body is too damn smart and as a survival mechanism wants to hold on to your fat once it figures out what you are doing.
No matter if I ate nothing, ate keto, ate high calorie, whole foods mixed with fasting, after 2 weeks, I ALWAYS stopped losing weight.
Your body will tell you what it wants. Listen to it! When I am on a fasting day and I am starving (not just bored), I eat a bunch of things that don't raise my insulin too much (fats, avocado, olives, whip cream in coffee), and I don't feel like I "broke my fast". I just listened to my body....and I still lose the same or more weight as if I suffered and didn't feed my hungry body.

Here is how I changed my routine ever 2 weeks:

2 weeks eating keto in a 8 hour time frame, 2 weeks of 3x36 hour fasts with low carb 2MAD on my eating days, 2 weeks of 3 days in a row fasts and eating healthy carbs in a 8 hour window, 2 weeks of 2MAD eating low carb, 2 weeks of 1 hr a day walking plus 1 meal a day of high calorie keto, 1 week of holidays eating junk like a PIG followed by a 3 day fast and 4 keto omads(this is actually the best weight loss I have had, and have done it 5 times so far!), one week of 8 hour a day window eating 3 low carb meals, 2 weeks of speed keto with 2 days fasting/week (speed keto is basically low calorie keto with no dairy and no nuts, and 2 weeks of a beef and butter fast (basically just eating beef and butter with herbs to flavor, and I add eggs to this one, so I have eggs for lunch, and beef for dinner or I would go crazy)... etc etc. I usually allow myself a junky treat once a week like ice cream or cake and I find I lose weight a day later. 🤷‍♀️

I never counted calories but if I did, my calories would have been 2000-3500/day on my non speed keto and non beef and butter fast eating days. When I eat too few calories on eating days, I don't lose as much weight.
I rarely exercise which is bad, but when I have a project like moving my house or renovating, I usually have a whoosh because I shock my body.
When I used to exercise every day my body became used to it and it didn't aid in ANY weight loss.
I learned that anything more than a 3 day fast/week, my weight loss would stop at day 3. So I would lose the same on a 3 day fast as a 7 day fast.
There is such thing as fasting too much. I lost the same weight eating 2 meals a week for a WHOLE MONTH, which is 8 meals a month ( weight loss stopped at week 2), as 2 weeks eating 3 keto meals a day and 2 weeks fasting 3x 42 hours with keto in between.

I had salt, broth and coffee with 1/4 cup of heavy cream on my "fasting" days. The reason "fasting" is in quotations is because I wasn't trying to fast from food, I was fasting for insulin..so I still considered it a fast if I fat fasted.

My biggest advice: Don't stay doing the same thing more than 3 weeks. You will do everything right, follow the recipe to a T, and it won't make sense, but you will stop losing weight. Your body is smarter than you think. You always need to shock it. If you starve it, and plateau, feed it. If you do keto and plateau, eat high carb whole foods for a week. If you fast for too long a period and plateau, eat.
Your body needs to know that feast will come after famine so that it feels safe to drop the weight.

Edit: After many comments I thought I should add another tidbit: The scale means nothing. I usually fluctuate 5lbs or more depending on how inflammatory the foods I ate were and how much my fat cells are full of water before I get a "whoosh". Don't be discouraged. If you keep up with the plan, you will always gain water and weight, then lose the water and weight plus more; start at a lower weight, gain water, gain weight and lose more than before. The scale is very discouraging with this because it doesn't tell you how much of your body is holding water. I weigh every week or 2 now because I wait until I can feel a change or after I had an evening of peeing a lot (then I know the water weight is gone and can check my actual weight).

У вас нет необходимых прав для просмотра ссылок в этом сообщении. интраназальный инсулин - интересная тема. Через нос сразу в мозг ударяет, не повышая уровень в крови.
